Keep the product away fromwater and moisture.Installing placeContact your dealer for assistance if you areunsure of an appropriate place in your particu-lar environment.• Make sure that the installation area is strongenough to hold the product, such as aconcrete ceiling.• Install the camera in the foundation area ofthe architecture or where sufficient strengthis assured.• If a ceiling board such as plaster board istoo weak to support the total weight, thearea shall be sufficiently reinforced.Avoid installing this product in thefollowing locations.• Location where it may get wet from rain orwater splash.• Locations where a chemical agent is usedsuch as a swimming pool.• Locations subject to steam and oil smokesuch as a kitchen.• Locations near flammable gas or vapor.• Lo c ati o n s w h e re r ad i ati o n o r x-r ayemissions are produced.• Locations where corrosive gas is produced,Locations where it may be damaged bybriny air such as seashores.• Locations where the temperature is notwithin –10 °C to +50 °C {14 °F to 122 °F}.• Locations subject to vibrations ( Thisproduct is not designed for on-vehicleuse.)• Locations subject to condensation as theresult of severe changes in temperature.Avoid moist or dusty places to install thissystem.Otherwise, lifetime of the internal parts may beshortened.Avoid installing this product in a place witha high level of noise.Installation near an air conditioner, an aircleaner, a vending machine, or the like causesnoise.Avoid installing and connecting during alightning storm. Otherwise, an electricshock or fire may be caused.Be sure to remove this product if it is not inuse.Do not damage the power plug or cable.Keep the camera cable away from thelighting cable.Failure to observe this may cause noise.Radio interferenceWhen the camera is used near T V/radioantenna, strong electric field or magnetic field(near a motor or a transformer), images mayb e d i s to r te d a n d n o i s e s o u n d m ay b eproduced. In such a case, run the cameracable through specialized steel conduit tubes.
