When repeaters are used:Using 2 repeaters connected together (“Connecttogether” setting page 24)This extends the signal away from the main monitor bysending signals directly between repeaters. This isuseful when you want to connect to sub monitors overlong distances.When repeaters are not used:When repeaters are used:9.2.1 Registering repeaters1 Main monitor:M N ® select “Register/Cancel” ® .2 Select “Register” ® .R If you are prompted to register your main monitor,select “Main monitor” ® .3 Select “Repeater” ® .4 Select the number of the repeater to be registered® .R When registering a repeater for the first time:Go to step 5.When registering a repeater for the secondtime:Select the connection method according to howyou want to use the repeater (page 26) ®.R Complete the following operations within about 2minutes.5 Repeater:Connect power to the repeater that you want toregister, and then press PROGRAM (A) for about 3seconds.R TheID indicator (B) flashes green.ABR The indicator lights when the registration iscompleted.
