If the problem persists,contact your dealer.Symptom Possible cause and solution SeepageThe LEDs do not lightwhen the USB cable isconnected to a computer.Check that the USB cable is properly connected.→ If the problem persists, disconnect the USB cable from thecomputer, and connect it again.–Red LED is blinking.Disconnect the USB cable from the computer, and connect itagain.→ If the problem persists, contact your dealer.–The computer does notrecognize the elitePanaboard.• The elite Panaboard is not connected to the computer.→ Ensure the elite Panaboard is properly connected to thecomputer with a USB cable.→ If the computer has two or more USB ports, use a differentUSB port.• The USB cable is connected to a USB hub.→ Do not connect the elite Panaboard through a USB hub.–The connection betweenthe computer and the elitePanaboard isunexpectedly lost.Check that the elite Panaboard is in an operable state, and thatthe USB cable is properly connected. –The electronic pen'sposition is not correct.The projected image is misaligned.→ Perform the calibration again. 20Drawn lines andcomments are notcompletely displayed orare displayed in the wronglocation.The electronic pen losesthe functions.• You are holding the electronic pen at an angle.• You are operating the elite Panaboard in direct sunlight orother strong lighting.• Infrared controllers (e.g., a television remote control) are beingused and pointed towards the position sensor.• There is a wall or ceiling close to the sides of the elitePanaboard.• There is an air-conditioner vent close to the elite Panaboard.• A plasma or LCD television is being used near by the elitePanaboard.• Part of the position sensor is blocked.• You are covering part of the electronic pen's sensor with yourhand.• Several electronic pens are being used at the same time.• The electronic pen is low on batteries.→ Check that none of the above is causing the problem.If misalignment is not caused by any of the above, perform thecalibration again.–Operating Instructions (For Basic Operations) 251Appendix
