Fit the rubber packing where it can besecured by the CV band fitted earlier.9. Holding the waterproof nut B with a spanner, tighten thewaterproof nut A using a torque wrench. (size: 36.2mm,Tightening torque: 50 kgf cm) When threads of thewaterproof nuts A and B are misaligned, correct theirposition to make them fit, then turn.10. Put the power board side connector of the power cordthrough the hole in the cabinet back.11. Tighten the waterproof nut C using a torque wrench to fitthe power cord onto the cabinet back. (size: 36.2mm,Tightening torque: 50 kgf cm)12. Fit one ferrite core with a CV band on the power-board-side connector part of the power cord.8.21. How to replace the gasketsPrecautions for replacement of the gasketsThe gaskets shown in the drawing are important parts whichmust be installed between the cabinet front, cabinet back,and back plate to keep the joins airtight to ensure dustproofand waterproof performance. They should be replacedevery three to four years or if anything unusual is noticedduring inspection or repair.1. Remove the gasket from between the cabinet front andcabinet back, and replace it with the replacement gasket.2. Remove the gasket from between the cabinet back andback plate, and replace it with the replacement gasket.* Ensure the gasket is fitted tightly into the groove.
