Aftersubscribing to Caller ID service, this unitwill display caller information.How Caller ID is displayedThe unit will display the calling party’s phonenumber after the first ring. You can view thecaller information of the last 50 differentcallers.When new calls have been received, thedisplay will show the number of new calls.Example: 4 new calls have been received.L The number of new calls will be clearedafter viewing all caller information.Note:L When you receive a call from the samephone number you stored with a name inthe phonebook, the display will show thestored name.L If the unit is connected to a PBX system,you may not receive the caller information.L When the caller dialled from an areawhich does not provide Caller ID service,“OUT OF AREA” will be displayed.L When the caller requested not to sendcaller information, either no information or“PRIVATE” will be displayed.L The display will not show callerinformation while using the handset for anintercom call. However, the callerinformation will be stored.Visual call waiting (Call Waiting ID)serviceThis is a service of your service provider andwill only operate if you have subscribed tothis service. When you hear a call waitingtone during a conversation, the display willshow the second caller’s information. Youcan answer the second call, keeping the firstcall on hold. Please consult your serviceprovider for details of this service.Viewing caller information andcalling backThe unit will automatically store the phonenumbers of the last 50 different callers fromthe most recent call to the oldest.
