Select the DHCP radio button according to thecheck mark in the .Memo1 (See p. 21, 25 or Quick PrepSheet). Or, check the information provided from the ISP andenter the ISP specified Device Name in the data field if required.If not required, leave the data field blank.When the ISP requires you to use the PPPoE connection, entryof these data fields is needed.Enter ISP specified User Name and Password. Connection to theISP is made using this User Name and Password.Enter ISP specified Service Name if required. When a ServiceName is not specified by the ISP, leave this data field blank.Enter ISP specified Access Concentrator Name (sometimesspecified as “AC Name”) if required. When the name is notspecified by the ISP, leave this data field blank.When the ISP requires you to use the static IP connection, enterthe ISP specified IP Address and Netmask (Subnet mask) ineach data field. Set the parameters recorded in the .Memo2and .Memo3 (See p. 21, 25 or Quick Prep Sheet).Internet ConnectionDepending on the ISP, your Internet connection will be one of several types. Check theinformation provided by the ISP and make sure which type of connection is required. Then,select the appropriate connection type from DHCP, PPPoE or Static on the KX-HGW200 webscreen and enter the parameters if required by the ISP.Default GatewayDNSDHCP≥Device NamePPPoE*≥User Name/Password≥Service Name≥AccessConcentrator NameStatic≥IP Address≥Netmask≥Gateway≥DNS Server 1/DNS Server 2≥Domain NameWhen the ISP requires them, enter the domain name server IPAddresses in these data fields.
