The enhanced DSS console has 6columns x 12 rows of keys (not 8 columns x 9 rows as in the previousversion). This affects the following:• Name and Message Assignments (FF6 addresses). The alphabeticalarrangement of the keys is different.• FF-Keys. The FF-keys on the DSS/72 console are numbered left-to-right, bottom row first.• DSS #1 Defaults. The default extension number assignments on DSS #1are different.The newer arrangement for the DSS keys is shown in Figures 3 & 4.
