Timer Feature (cont.)Special Feature:Automatic "OFF" after 90 minutes.The TV has a special feature that will shut itself OFFafter 90 minutes when turned ON by the programtimer unless a function key is pressed during the 90minutes.This feature is useful so that the TV will not remainON unattended for an extended period of time.Programming the OFF timer will also cancel theautomatic OFF feature.(Program) Timer--The (Dual Program) Timerfeature is capable of turning the TV on to a desiredchannel and then turning the set OFF at apredetermined time.NOTE: The clock and day must be set for this featureto operate. (Refer to Set Up Menu to Set Timeand Day.)1. Press the ACTION button to display the MainMenu.2. Press the CH UP/DOWN and VOL LEFT/RIGHTbuttons to highlight the Timer Icon.3. Press the ACTION button to display the TimerControl Menu.5. Highlight the Timer I Day/Days option.6. Press the CH DOWN button to highlight the ON(Hours/Minutes) position.8. Press the VOL LEFT/RIG HT button to set the timeyou wish the Receiver to turn ON.9. Press the CH DOWN button to highlight the OFF(Hours/Minutes) position.10. Press the VOL LEFT/RIGHT button to set the timeyou wish the Receiver to turn OFF.11. Press the CH DOWN button to highlight the CHposition.12. Press the VOL LEFT/RIGHT button to select achannel (from Program Channel Memory) thatyou want to be tuned to when the set turns ON.13.
