This released heat energy isblown into the rinsing compartment withdry air. This accelerates and improvesdrying.These processes therefore save a greatdeal of energy.Time displayThe running time is determined duringthe programme by the watertemperature, the number of utensils aswell as the degree of soiling and mayvary (depending on the selectedprogramme). You can change the timedisplay in time or hours/minutes so thatthe remaining running time of the rinsingprogamme appears in the displaywindow “Ready at” (for example 15:20hours) or “Ready in” (for example 3:25).Sensor settingThe programme sequence is optmisedin Auto programmes with the aid ofsensors. The sensors adjust theprogramme strength of Autoprogrammes depending on the amountand type of soiling. You can adjust thesensitivity of the sensors in 3 stages.Standard: This setting is ideal for amixed load and heavily soiled utensils,but also saves energy and water.Sensitive: This setting adjusts theprogramme strength for the effectiveremoval of food remnants, even if theamount of soiling is low. The energy andwater consumption is adjustedaccordingly.Very sensitive: This setting adjusts theprogramme strength for difficultconditions of use, for example firmlydried on food remnants. This setting isrecommended if using biological or ecodetergents which contain loweramounts of active agents. The energyand water consumption is adjustedaccordingly.extraDryThe final rinse uses a highertemperature which improves the dryingresult. The running time may increaseslightly. (Caution if utensils are delicate!)You can switch the extraDry function onor off.Eco forecastWhen Eco forecast is activated, theaverage water and energy consumptionof the selected programme is brieflydisplayed on the display window at thetop @.AutoPowerOff (Switching offautomatically after the end ofthe programme)AutoPowerOff To save energy, the dishwasheris switched off 1 minute afterthe programme ends. You can alsochange this setting.Possible settings are:■ off: The appliance does not switchoff automatically.■ After one minute: The applianceswitches off after 1 minute.■ After two hours: The applianceswitches off after 2 hours.
