Place a cup under the milk frother (19)and the end of the milk tube in the cup.3. Press z (6). The appliance now fillsthe cup automatically with water anddraws it in again through the milk tube forrinsing. The rinse procedure takes about1 minute.4. Empty the cup and clean the milk tube.Cleaning the milk system:1. Dismantle the milk frother for cleaning.Slide the coffee outlet (20) downwards.Remove the cover and take out the milkfrother (19):20 192. Clean the holder of the milk frother (19)with a soft cloth.3. Turn the upper part in an anti-clockwisedirection and remove from the lower part.4. Clean individual parts with detergentsolution and a soft cloth or put them intothe dishwasher (cutlery basket).5. Put all the parts back together, makingsure the markings are overlapping. Themilk frother can then be clicked back intoplace in the appliance.Cleaning the brewing unitIn addition to the automatic cleaningprogramme, the brewing unit should beremoved regularly for cleaning.Warning: Clean the brewing unitwithout detergent and do not put itin the dishwasher.1. Deploy the appliance fully (see “Deploy-ment system”).2. Retract the navigation button (4) toswitch off. After rinsing, the power switchautomatically switches to O.3. Switch the appliance off completely atthe power switch O/I (7); there should nolonger be any symbols lit.4. Grasp the door opener (15) and open thedoor (14) to the brewing unit:1415
