Manitowoc Flake/Chiplet Ice Machineswill not operate with non-Manitowoc condensing units.Factory Equipment Refrigeration AmountsICE MACHINE HEAD SECTIONEach ice machine head section ships from the factorywith a R-404A refrigerant charge appropriate for linesets up to 50’ in length (12.5 lbs.). The serial tag on theice machine indicates the refrigerant charge.
