Unfold the handles, then insert the long hexagonalbolts into the base unit, and then tighten the nuts withthe wrench included in the package.► Fig.11: 1. Long hexagonal bolt8. Tighten the shoulder bolts from the rear using thewrench included in the package.► Fig.12: 1. Shoulder bolt9. Tighten the short hexagonal bolts from both sidesusing the wrench included in the package to fix thehandles.► Fig.13: 1. Short hexagonal boltNOTICE: Do not tighten the short hexagonalbolts with excessive force. Take out the carrier from the box, attach the siderails to the base frame, and then tighten the thumb nutsto fix the rails.► Fig.19: 1. Thumb nut2. Place the carrier on the base unit, and then insertthe hexagonal bolts and washers into the frames fromthe top. Butterfly nutNOTICE: Use the long bolts for the front, and theshort bolts for the rear.Installing bucketOptional accessoryPlace the bucket on the base unit, insert the hexagonalbolts into the frames, and then tighten the washers andspring washers and butterfly nuts from the bottom to fixthe bucket.► Fig.21: 1. Butterfly nutFUNCTIONALDESCRIPTIONInstalling or removing batterycartridgeCAUTION: Always switch off the machinebefore installing or removing of the batterycartridge.CAUTION: Make sure that you lock the batterycover before use. Otherwise, mud, dirt, or water maycause damage to the product or the battery cartridge.CAUTION: Always install the battery cartridgefully until the red indicator cannot be seen. If not,it may accidentally fall out of the machine, causinginjury to you or someone around you.CAUTION: Do not install the battery cartridgeforcibly. If the cartridge does not slide in easily, it isnot being inserted correctly.CAUTION: Do not use the high-temperaturebattery cartridge. When the high-temperature bat-tery cartridge is used, the machine stops automati-cally before a short beep sound is emitted, and maycause an injury.Installing the battery cartridge1. Rotate the lock lever, and then open the cover ofthe battery box.► Fig.22: 1. Lock lever 2. Cover2. Align the tongue on the battery cartridge with theslot on the battery box, and then slide the cartridge untilit locks in place with a little click. If you can see the redindicator on the upper side of the button, battery car-tridge is not locked completely.► Fig.23: 1. Battery cartridge3. Insert the lock key in the place shown in the figureas far as it will go.► Fig.24: 1. Lock keyNOTE: If the lock key is not inserted completely, themachine does not work.4.
