Note: Align the new rubber mounts of the new front fan with the corresponding holes in the chassis. Pushthe rubber mounts through the holes. Pull the tips of the rubber mounts until the front fan is secured in place.Rear fanPrerequisiteBefore you start, read Generic Safety and Compliance Notices, and print the following instructions.For access, do the following:1. Remove the “Computer cover” on page 32.2. Disconnect the rear fan cable from the rear fan connector on the system board.Replacement procedureNote: The rear fan is attached to the chassis by four rubber mounts.
