STURDIGLIDE TM Mate RackThe STURDIGLiDE Mate rack is designed especially for yourbroiler or roasting pan. This rack is elevated on each side, andhas a unique shallow basin-shaped depression in the center,allowing for easier removal of your broiler or roasting pan fromthe oven.The broiler pan can be placed on the STURDIGLIDF M Mate Rackand placed below food that may spill over during cooking.Food can be placed on a rack above the pan or directly on thepan during cooking. When using the broiler pan, remove the gridthat is used for broiling. Place a full rack on position 1 or 2, and the half-rack onposition 3 or 4.2. Place large items on the right side of the full rack.3. Place deeper, covered dishes on the left side of the full rack.4.
