English 5.906-548.0 Rev. 00 (04/12) 75CautionThe pump head screws go through the piston guideand are screwed into the motor casing.If necessary, the piston guide must be secured withtwo fastening screws prior to removing the pumphead as the pump oil may leak otherwise.Normally, these mounting screws are factory-in-stalled.1 Pump head2 Pressure switch OFF3 Union joint4 Suction jumper Loosen the union joint and remove the solenoidvalves with the supply hose from the suction jump-er.1 Retaining clip2 Pressure switch connecting cable Lever IN/OUT the holding clamps of the connect-ing cables to the pressure switch. Pull the connecting cable of the pressure switchoff.1 Safety block2 Union joint3 High pressure hose Loosen the union joint. Remove the high pressure hose from the safetyblock.1 Pump head2 Motor casing3 Piston guide4 Installation screw5 Suction hose for detergent6 Pump head screws Unscrew pump head screws. Pull off the pump head. Pull the suction hose for detergent from the suc-tion jumper.6.6 Disassemble the high pressure pump6.6.1 Remove the pump head
