Always attach the supplied ferrite coreto the DC cord. (XPage 29)1. Remove one screw on the back panel of theunit, and remove the DC cord clamp.2. Connect the DC cord of the AC adapter tothe DC IN terminal of BR-HD50.3. To prevent accidental disconnection of theDC cord, insert the DC cord into the clamp,orient the clamp as shown in the figureabove, and secure the clamp to the unit.Use the screw removed in step 1 above tosecure the clamp to the unit.4. Connect the supplied power cord to the ACIN terminal of the AC adapter.5. Connect the power cord to the power out-let.• BR-HD50 is turned on and the OPERATEindicator lights up in red.(OPERATE OFF mode)• If DC IN MODE of the SYSTEM [2/2] Menuscreen is set to “OPE ON”, the OPERATEindicator will light up in green.(OPERATE ON mode)Notez Supply power to BR-HD50 using the supplied AC adapter.
