• If the maintenance is not done correctly andregularly, the risk of injury and damage to theproduct increases.• Clean the product to remove dangerous materialbefore you do the maintenance.• Do the maintenance of the product on stable levelground. Make sure that the product cannot move.• Do not make modifications to the product.Modifications that are not approved by themanufacturer can cause serious injury or death.• Replace damaged, worn or broken parts.• Do not use a pressure washer to clean the product.• Only use lint-free cleaning cloths.• Always use original accessories and spare parts.Accessories and spare parts that are not approvedby the manufacturer, can cause serious injury ordeath.• After maintenance, do a check of the vibration levelin the product. If it is not correct, speak to anapproved service agent.• Let an approved service agent do servicing on theproduct regularly.AssemblyIntroductionWARNING: Read and understand thesafety chapter before you assemble theproduct.To assemble the product1. Install the top frame (A) on the primary frame (B).Use 8 M16x130 bolts, 16 M16 washers, and 8 M16locknuts.ACBD2. Install the support frame (C) on the side of theprimary frame. Use 2 M20x140 bolts, 4 M20washers, and 2 M20 locknuts.3. Install the 2 stretching screws (D) between thesupport frame and the primary frame.4. Install the 2 suspensions (E) for the steel wireropes at the correct position on the top frame. Use6 M20x180 bolts, 12 M20 washers, and 6 M20locknuts.EF5. Install the wheels (F) in the correct position on thesupport frame. Use 4 M12x90 bolts, 8 M12 washers,and 4 M12 locknuts. The correct position for thewheels is approximately 30 cm below the edge ofthe tank roof.6.
