General product maintenance Each 50 h Daily YearlyDo maintenance on the remote control. Refer to the manufactur-er's manual for the remote control. * * *Replace the ventilation filter of the electrical enclosure. *Do an inspection of the drive motor and support wheels. *Do a visual inspection of the product and the lifting equipment. XClean the product. XDo a check of the safety devices on the product. XDo a complete servicing and cleaning of the product. OLet a approved person do an inspection of the product and thesafety devices on the product. OLubricate the steel wire ropes. XTo clean the product• Always clean all the equipment after use. Use avacuum cleaner.• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean theproduct.• Keep the air openings clean and clear to make surethat the product always has sufficient air flow.To replace the batteries in the remotecontrol1. Remove the 6 screws.2. Carefully lift the top (A) of the battery cover andremove it. The battery cover is attached with hingesat the bottom (B).BA3. Replace the batteries. For the correct battery type,refer toTechnical data on page 18.4. Attach the hinges at the bottom of the battery coverand push down the top of the battery cover.5. Install the 6 screws and torque them to 1 Nm.To lubricate the steel ropesCAUTION: Do not lubricate the steelwire ropes with lubricants that containmolybdenum disulphide (MoS2) or PTFE.Use a standard multi-purpose oil or grease.1. Remove the steel wire ropes from the product. Makesure that you put the steel wire ropes on a cleansurface.2. Clean the steel ropes with a lint-free cloth.3.
