Operate the producton an abrasive surface until all segmentshave the same height.The head locks are loose or missing. Make sure that all head locks are in positionand tightened.The resin tools are mixed or have unwantedcontamination.Make sure that all resins are the same dia-mond grit and bond and that there is no con-tamination. To clean the resin tools, operatethem for a short time on a lightly abrasivesurface.The grinding discs are worn or damaged.
