MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE48 – EnglishReplenishing hydraulic fluidThe machine is equipped with a refill pump.• Manoeuvre the machine so the arm system’scylinders are retracted and the outriggers arecompletely folded.• Clean the refill pump’s suction hose. Remove the plugand put the hose into the fluid container.• Check the oil level in the display under "SERVICE"and the tab "OIL REFILL”.• Hold the selection key down to refill oil. The pump willshut off automatically when the tank is full. Seeinstructions in the section "Settings".• Start the machine and operate the cylinders betweenouter and inner end position a number of times toremove air that might have entered the hydraulicsystem while refilling.Oil filter• Undo the air filter so that the overpressure in the tankis discharged.• Thoroughly clean the outside of the filter and thesurrounding parts.• Remove the filter cover. Lift up the sealing ring, thespring and the filter holder together with the filtercartridge.• Remove the filter cartridge from the filter holder.• Check whether there is an unusually large amount oflarge metal particles or sealing compound in the filterholder. If this is the case the machine’s hydraulicsystem must be checked for faults.• Clean the filter holder with degreasing agent. Rinsewith warm water and blow dry using compressed air.• Install the new filter in the filter holder and put it in thetank. Install a new sealing ring.• Install the spring and the filter cover.Air filter• Thoroughly clean the outside of the filter and thesurrounding parts.• Replace the filter.! CAUTION! Allow the machine to cool. Hotoil can cause severe burn injuries.
