This is a legal agreement between you(either individual or an entity) and Gateway By installing the software you are agreeing tobe bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of thisAgreement, promptly return your entire computer system, the unopened softwarepacket(s), if any, as well as the accompanying terms (including written materials or othercontainer(s)) in the place you obtained them for a full refund.G ATEWAY SOFTWARE LICENSE1. Grant of LicenseThis Gateway License Agreement (“License”) permits you to use one copy of the specifiedversion of the Gateway SOFTWARE identified above (which may include at least one CDor DVD disc) on any single computer, provided the SOFTWARE is in use on only onecomputer at any time. If you have multiple Licenses for the SOFTWARE, then at any timeyou may have as many copies of the SOFTWARE in use as you have Licenses. TheSOFTWARE is “in use” on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e.RAM) or installed in the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk, CD and/or DVD, or otherstorage device of that computer, except that a copy installed on a network server for thesole purpose of distribution of other computer is not “in use.” If the anticipated number ofusers of the SOFTWARE will exceed the number of applicable Licenses, then you musthave a reasonable mechanism or process in place to assure that the number of persons
