24Change Fields—allows you to choose the data displayed on six user-selectabledata fields on the Trip Information Page (across the middle of page).To change a data field(s):1. With the Trip Information Page Options displayed, use the ROCKER KEYPAD tohighlight ‘Change Fields’ and press ENTER.2. Use the ROCKER KEYPAD to highlight the data field you wish to change (look forthe small highlight box on one of the data field titles) and press ENTER.3. A pop-up list of available data types will appear. Use the ROCKER KEYPAD toselect the desired data type and press ENTER.4. Press QUIT to remove the highlight from the changed data field and return tonormal operation.Restore Defaults—restores all data fields to the factory settings.To restore the factory default settings:1. With the Trip Information Page Options displayed, use the ROCKER KEYPAD tohighlight ‘Restore Defaults’ and press ENTER.Average Location—allows you to average position samples over time and savethe averaged result as a waypoint. Averaging reduces the effects of position errors andresults in a more accurate position reading.
