ge.com12-Hour, 24-Hour or Clock BlackoutYour control is set to use a 12-hour clock.If you would prefer to have a 24-hourmilitary time clock or black out the clockdisplay, follow the steps below.Touch the Bake and Broil Hi/Lopads at the same time for 3 secondsuntil the display shows SF.Touch the Clock pad once. The displaywill show 12 hr. If this is the choice youwant, touch the Start pad.Touch the Clock pad again to changeto the 24-hour military time clock. Thedisplay will show 24 hr. If this is the choiceyou want, touch the Start pad.Touch the Clock pad again to black out theclock display. The display will show OFF. Ifthis is the choice you want, touch the Startpad.NOTE: If the clock is in the black-out mode,you will not be able to use the Delay Startfunction.Control LockoutYour control will allow you to lock out thetouch pads so they cannot be activatedwhen touched or cleaning the glass panel.To lock the controls:Touch the 9 and 0 touch pads at thesame time for 3 seconds until thecontrol beeps twice. The display willshow LOC continuously and the timeof day if not blacked out.NOTE: All cooking and timing functions willbe cancelled when locking out the control.To unlock the control, touch the9 and 0 touch pads at the same timefor 3 seconds until the control beepstwice, and LOC will be removed fromthe display.NOTE: Some models have a Control Lockoutpad. Touch and hold it for 3 seconds tolock/unlock.Cook and HoldYour new control has a cook and hold featurethat keeps cooked foods warm for up to 3hours after the cooking function is finished.This feature can only be used when timedcooking.To activate this feature, follow the stepsbelow.Touch the Bake and Broil Hi/Lo padsat the same time for 3 seconds until thedisplay shows SF.Touch the Cooking Time pad.The display will show Hld OFF.Touch the Cooking Time pad againto activate the feature.
