If necessary, cut the damper to fit, using the tinsnips, in order to allow free movement.Equivalent lengths of duct pieces are based on actualtests and reflect requirements for good ventingperformance with any vent hood.Testing Operation1. Turn on power at the breaker.2. Test the oven mode:Test the CONVECTION oven mode (if available). Seethe Use and Care Manual for detailed operationinstructions.3. Verify that the oven light comes on and the ovenbegins to preheat.4. Test the microwave:Place a cup of water into the oven cavity. Follow theinstructions in the Use and Care Manual on how toheat a beverage.5. Verify that the oven light comes on and the water isheated.6. If any of the tests do not result as explained above,contact service for assistance. Otherwise, theinstallation is complete at this time.
