Hakesure the openings around the base of the rangethat supplg fresh air for combustion andventilation are not obstructed bg carpetingor woodwork.Your range, like mang other household items, isheavg and can settle into soft floor coverings suchas cushioned vingl or carpeting, Use care whenmoving the range on this tgpe of flooring, t isrecommended that the following simple andinexpensive nstructions be followed to protectgour floor.The range should be installed on a sheet ofplgwood (or similar material). When the floorcovering ends at the front of the range, the areathat the range wilt rest on should be built up Withplgwood to the same level or higher than the floorcovering.This wil allow the range to be moved for cleaningor servicing.
