There are threepossible volume levels.Touch the BROIL and BAKE pads atthe same time for 3 seconds, untilthe display shows SF.Touch the LIGHT pad. The displaywill show 2 BEEP. This is the middlevolume level.Touch the LIGHT pad again. Thedisplay will show 3 BEEP. This is theloudest volume level.Touch the LIGHT pad again. Thedisplay will show 1 BEEP. This is thequietest volume level.For each time the level is changed,a tone will sound to provide anindication of the volume level.Choose the desired sound level(1 BEEP, 2 BEEP, 3 BEEP).Touch the START pad to activatethe level shown.12-Hour, 24-Hour or Clock BlackoutYour control is set to use a 12-hour clock.If you would prefer to have a 24-hourmilitary time clock or black out the clockdisplay, follow the steps below.Touch the BROIL and BAKEpads at the same time for 3 secondsuntil the display shows SF.Touch the CLOCK pad once. Thedisplay will show 12 hr. If this isthe choice you want, touch theSTART pad.Touch the CLOCK pad again tochange to the 24 hour military timeclock. The display will show 24 hr.If this is the choice you want, touchthe START pad.Touch the CLOCK pad again to blackout the clock display. The display willshow OFF. If this is the choice youwant, touch the START pad.NOTE: If the clock is in the black-out mode youwill not be able to use the Start Time function.Auto Recipe ™ Conversion (on some models)When using convection bake, the Auto Recipe™Conversion feature will automatically convertentered regular baking temperatures to convectionbaking temperatures.This feature is activated so that the display willshow the actual converted (reduced) temperature.For example, if you enter a regular recipetemperature of 177°C (350°F) and press theSTART pad, the display will show CON andthe converted temperature of 163°C (325°F).To deactivate the feature:Press the BAKE and BROIL pads atthe same time for 3 seconds, untilthe display shows SF.Press the CONVECTION BAKE pad.The display will show CON ON. Pressthe CONVECTION BAKE pad again.The display will show CON OFF.Press the START pad.To reactivate the feature, repeat steps1–3 above but press the START pad whenCON ON is in the display.
