Press Options and select Baked Goods thanfollow any display prompts to access this mode.Convection Bake Multi RackThe Convection Bake mode is intended for bakingon multiple racks at the same time. This mode usesair movement from the convection fan to enhancecooking evenness. Your oven is equipped with AutoRecipe Conversion, so it is not necessary to adjust thetemperature when using this mode. Always preheatwhen using this mode. Baking times may be slightlylonger for multiple racks than what would be expectedfor a single rack. To use this mode press the Conv Bakepad, enter a temperature with number pads, and thenpress Start/Enter.Convection RoastThe Convection Roast mode is intended for roastingwhole cuts of meat on a single rack. This mode uses airmovement from the convection fan to improve browningand reduce cooking time. Check food earlier than therecipe suggested time when using this mode, or use theprobe (see the Probe section for more information). It isnot necessary to preheat when using this mode. To usethis mode press the Conv Roast pad, enter a temperaturewith the number pads, and then press Start/Enter.ProofProof mode maintains a warm environment for risingyeast-leavened dough. If the oven is too warm, Proofmode will not operate and the display will show "Oventoo hot for Proof". For best results, cover the doughwhile proofing and check early to avoid over-proofing.Press Options and select Proof then follow any displayprompts or press the Proof pad (on some models) toaccess this mode.CAUTION Do not use the Proof mode for warmingfood or keeping food hot. The proofing oven temperatureis not hot enough to hold foods at safe temperatures.
