49 232001260G(10)5.1.3 Graphic Control Panel Overview (Description)The Control PanelThe control panel on the LaserPro X500 SERIES provides an easy access to all the manualcontrols needed for cutting and engraving. The LCD screen, functional, directional and selectionbuttons make navigating through the machine’s manual controls easy to do.LED INDICATOR LIGHTSThree indicator lights on the LaserPro X500 SERIES’s control panel are part of the system’ssafety interlock system.• DOOR - The door light will illuminate when either the top lid or external pass through doorson the LaserPro X500 SERIES are open or improperly closed.• POWER - The power light will illuminate when the LaserPro X500 SERIES is powered on.• LASER - The laser light will illuminate when the laser is active and in operation.WARNING• DO NOT attempt to remove or modify any component of the safety interlocksystem.• If at any time, any of the access doors are open and the “laser” LED isilluminated, IMMEDIATELY unplugs the laser system and contact GCCtechnical support for service instructions.• DO NOT operates the laser system if any component of the safety system ismalfunctioning.LED Indicator LightsLCD Display ScreenFunction ButtonsDirectional andSelection Buttons
