TroubleshootingEnglish44TroubleshootingDacor iQ KitchenSymptom ActionCould not find “DacoriQ Kitchen” on the appmarket.• The Dacor iQ Kitchen app is available for smartphones thatrun Android 4.0 (ICS) or higher, or iOS 8.0 or higher.The Dacor iQ Kitchenapp fails to operate.• The Dacor iQ Kitchen app is available on applicable modelsonly.• The old Dacor iQ Kitchen app cannot connect with Dacor iQKitchen models.The Dacor iQ Kitchenapp is installed but isnot connected to myrefrigerator.• You must log into your Samsung account to use the app.• Make sure that your router is operating normally.• If the Wi-Fi icon on the refrigerator’s display is off, thisindicates that no network connection has been establishedyet. In this case, use the Dacor iQ Kitchen app to connect andregister your refrigerator to the access point (AP) of yourhouse.Could not log into theapp.• You must log into your Samsung account to use the app.• If you don’t have a Samsung account, follow the app’sonscreen instructions to create one.An error messageappears when Itry to register myrefrigerator.• Easy Connection may fail due to the distance from youraccess point (AP) or electrical interference from thesurrounding environment.
