Press the Messages button and follow the prompts.2. Enter your temporary password followed by the # key.3. Enter your new password followed by the # key. Repeat toconfirm.4. Record your name.5. For internal calls dial the extension.Answer a CallPick up the handset, or press the Speakerphone button ,or the Headset button .Put a Call on Hold1. Press the Hold button or the Hold soft key.2. To resume a call from hold, press the Hold buttonagain or the Resume soft key.View Your Recent Calls1. Select which line’s recent calls you’d like to see using thenavigation ring .2. Press the rightmost soft key to go to the next setof soft keys.3. Press the Recents soft key.Or2. Press the Settings button .3. Scroll to select Recents.4. Scroll to choose All, Missed, Received, or Placed calls.
