VoicemailSetting up New Voicemail:1. Press messages2. Enter default PIN 159357#3. Record your name.4. Record your greeting (optional).5. Change the default PIN (must be at least 4-Digits).6. Confirm your new PIN.7. Wait until you hear the message “You finishedenrollment”.New Message Indicators:1. Solid RED light on your handset.2. “New Voicemail” message on the screen.Listen to Messages:Press messages and follow the voice prompts.Mute1. While on a call, press mute .2. Press again to turn off the mute.Forward All1. To forward calls received on your primary line toanother number, press Fwd all softkey and thendial the 10-digit number you want to forward to.2. To forward all calls to voicemail, press the Fwd allsoftkey then press the voicemail button.3. Look for confirmation of the forwarding in thetop left corner of your screen.4. To cancel call forwarding, press Fwd off softkey.Conference1. From an active call press the Conference button.2. Dial the intended number you want to conference3.
