Parts Support Program for ColorPASS-GX300 ServerThe Parts Support Program is designed to help reduce your service costs forcontrollers. By participating in the Parts Support Program your dealershipwill not be required to stock expensive parts.Canon USA will provide replacement parts at no-charge for the ColorPASS-GX300 Server on an exchange basis for a period of nine (9) months. Thisincludes the ninety (90) day warranty period and the six (6) months following.To obtain parts under the Parts Support program, follow these steps:Contact the Technical Support Center at (800) 528-2830 to report theincident and get technical assistance. If the problem cannot be resolvedover the phone, the technical support specialist will assign a “ticket” numberto the case. You will need to reference this ticket number when completingthe Part Order Form.Go to the e-Support Web Site, navigate to the Warranty Information Center,and locate the Part Order Form under the Parts Support Information.Complete the Part Order Form and fax it to the Warranty Control Section at(631) 330-5761.Once the order form is received and verified, the Warranty Control Sectionwill ship the replacement part packaged with the original order form and areturn address label. The original order form must accompany the return ofthe defective part. The defective part must be returned within ten (10)business days otherwise your dealership will be charged (dealer cost) for thepart.For out of warranty repairs on circuit boards, please contact the WarrantyControl Section at (631) 330-5744.As indicated on the part order form, the Parts Support Program includesstandard shipping at no cost to the dealership.
