47Paper HandlingPaper and Other Print Media High Gloss Film• Canon’s High Gloss Film is recommended for use with this printer. Before youuse this media, read the instructions provided with the package.• Do not use High Gloss Film in conditions of high humidity.• Print only on the film surface of each sheet.• Feed High Gloss Film one sheet at a time.• Do not allow printed sheets to stack. Handle printed sheets carefully until the inkhas completely dried. Drying requires 10 to 20 minutes.• To store the printed sheets after they have dried, while avoiding touching theprinted surface, cover the printed surface of each sheet with one sheet of plainpaper. High Resolution Paper• Canon’s High Resolution Paper is recommended for use with this printer. Thismedium is extra smooth for sharp text, brilliant graphics, and professional qualityimages. It is ideal for printing photographs or business documents that includecolor charts and graphs.• Print only on the coated (whiter) side of each sheet.• Store unused High Resolution Paper in its original package.
