Chapter 4: Legal and regulatory information Cambium Networks end user license agreementPage 4-4Title and restrictionsIf you transfer possession of any copy of the Software and Documentation to another party outsideof the terms of this agreement, your license is automatically terminated. Title and copyrights to theSoftware and Documentation and any copies made by you remain with Cambium Networks and itslicensors. You will not, and will not permit others to: (i) modify, translate, decompile, bootleg,reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the inner workings of the Software or Documentation,(ii) copy the look-and-feel or functionality of the Software or Documentation; (iii) remove anyproprietary notices, marks, labels, or logos from the Software or Documentation; (iv) rent ortransfer all or some of the Software or Documentation to any other party without Cambium’s priorwritten consent; or (v) utilize any computer software or hardware which is designed to defeat anycopy protection device, should the Software and Documentation be equipped with such aprotection device. If the Software and Documentation is provided on multiple types of media (suchas diskette, CD-ROM, downloadable internet), then you will only use the medium which best meetsyour specific needs, and will not loan, rent, lease, or transfer the other media contained in thepackage without Cambium’s written consent. Unauthorized copying of the Software orDocumentation, or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, will result inautomatic termination of this license.ConfidentialityYou acknowledge that all Software and Documentation contain valuable proprietary informationand trade secrets and that unauthorized or improper use of the Software and Documentation willresult in irreparable harm to Cambium Networks for which monetary damages would beinadequate and for which Cambium Networks will be entitled to immediate injunctive relief. Ifapplicable, you will limit access to the Software and Documentation to those of your employeesand agents who need to use the Software and Documentation for your internal business purposes,and you will take appropriate action with those employees and agents to preserve theconfidentiality of the Software and Documentation, using the same degree of care to avoidunauthorized or improper disclosure as you use for the protection of your own proprietarysoftware, but in no event less than reasonable care.You have no obligation to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary information that: (i) wasin the public domain at the time of disclosure; (ii) entered the public domain through no fault ofyours; (iii) was given to you free of any obligation to keep it confidential; (iv) is independentlydeveloped by you; or (v) is disclosed as required by law provided that you notify CambiumNetworks prior to such disclosure and provide Cambium Networks with a reasonable opportunityto respond.
