Power WindowsThe power windowcontrols are locatedon each of theside doors.The driver’s door has a switch for the passengerand rear windows also. The power windows workwhen the ignition has been turned to ACCESSORYor RUN or when Retained Accessory Power (RAP)is active. See Retained Accessory Power (RAP)on page 139.Press the switch to lower the window.Pull up on the front edge of the switch to raisethe window.Express-Down WindowsThe driver and front passenger windows have anexpress-down feature that allows the windows tobe lowered without holding the switch. Press downfully on the window switch, then release, to activatethe express-down mode. The express-down modecan be canceled at any time by pulling up onthe switch.Window Lockouto (Window Lockout): The window lockoutswitch is located with the power window switcheson the driver’s door armrest. This feature preventsthe passenger windows from operating, except fromthe driver’s position. Press the switch to turn on thelockout feature. An indicator light will come on toshow the lockout feature is on. To turn the featureoff, press the switch again and the indicator lightwill go off.Driver’s Side shown132
