Therider can switch off the drive system by removingthe display.The pedelec's battery powers the display if thedisplay is inserted in the mount, a sufficientlycharged battery is inserted into the pedelec andthe drive system is switched on.If the display is removed from its mount, power issupplied from the display battery. If the displayrechargeable battery is low, a warning message isshown on the screen.If the on-board computer is removed from itsmount and not switched off, information on the lasttrip distance travelled and status information willbe displayed after one another in a loop.If no button is pressed after its removal from itsmount, the display will switch off after 1 minute.The date and time will be maintained for amaximum of six months without charging thedisplay rechargeable battery.
