Forexample, you can use an e-mail address stored in Contacts to addresse-mail messages in Messaging.Using ActiveSync®, you can synchronize information in Microsoft Outlookor Microsoft Exchange on your desktop computer with your device. Youcan also synchronize this information directly with a Microsoft Exchangeserver. Each time you synchronize, ActiveSync compares the changes youmade on your device and desktop computer or server and updates bothcomputers with the latest information.
