Do notuse any part of the equipment asa support.Failure to follow these instructions can result indeath, injury, or property damage.Installation Code and Quarterly Inspections:All installation and service of ADDISON® equipmentmust be performed by a contractor qualified in theinstallation and service of equipment sold and suppliedby Addison and conform to all requirements set forth inthe ADDISON® manuals and all applicable governmentalauthorities pertaining to the installation, service operationand labeling of the equipment.To help facilitate optimum performance and safety,Addison recommends that a qualified contractor conduct,at a minimum, quarterly inspections of your ADDISON®equipment and perform service where necessary, usingonly replacement parts sold and supplied by Addison.Check installation site to ensure all codes and engineeringspecifications are correct. This section of the manualis intended to be used as an instructional guide to thecommissioning of the unit. Fill out the attached start upsheet (located at the back of the manual) as each stepof the procedure is performed.
