If that service is notconfigured to store a particular data type in Outlook, then that data typecannot be synchronized.Note: Data types that will be synchronized must be saved in the PIMdatabase (this is configured in the PIM Item Transfer service);otherwise, that data type will not be available for selection (itwill be grayed out) in the PIM Synchronization configurationsettings.Microsoft Outlook permits duplicate entries, so all duplicates may not beexchanged in the synchronization process.Note: Only Outlook’s default contacts folder is synchronized. Items insub-folders are not synchronized. Items that are moved fromthe default folder to a sub-folder will appear to have been delet-ed the next time synchronization takes place.5.7 Hardware SettingsThe Hardware tab of the Bluetooth Configuration Panel provides basicinformation about the Bluetooth hardware installed on this computer and accessto the Advanced Settings dialog box, if required:• Devices• NameThe name of the device, e.g., WIDCOMM Bluetooth Device• TypeThe type of device, e.g., USB.• Device Properties• Device statusIndicates that the device is operating properly or that there is aproblem/conflict.• ManufacturerThe name of the company that manufactured the device selected inthe Devices section of this dialog box.
