MaintenanceDo not use hot steam or ultraviolet radiation for disinfection.Otherwise, the thermometer may be damaged or quicklyaged.Clean and disinfect the thermometer under the temperatureof +10~+40(50-104), the relative humidity of15%~85%RH (no condensation) and the barometric pressureof 86kPa~106kPa.Preventive inspection & maintenance period(1) Ensure the safety of thermometer, and check whether it haspotential safety hazards in normal use each week, e.g. whetherthe lens is broken, the shell has cracks and the sensing head ispolluted. Do not use the thermometer with potential safetyhazard. Clean the thermometer if not used for a long time.(2) After each use, clean the temperature probe as described inthe "Cleaning and Disinfection" chapter.(3) Store the thermometer in a dry, dust-free, and well-ventilatedplace. Make sure that the thermometer is not exposed tosunlight. Make sure that the storage and transportationenvironments meet the requirements.(4) Check regularly whether safety risks exist.(5) Remove the batteries if the thermometer will not be used formore than two months.21
