Replacing BatteriesMake sure that the batteries are installed correctly.Otherwise, the thermometer may be damaged.If the low-battery symbol is displayed on the screen, replacethe batteries.Batteries of a same type should be used. Dispose the usedbatteries in accordance with the local environmental policies.The thermometer is shipped with batteries. First open thebattery cover, then remove the insulating piece.(3) Do not hold the thermometer for a long time, because it issensitive to the ambient temperature.(4) Make sure the forehead is clean before use.(5) Make sure the forehead has no sweat and no hairs coveredbefore measure the forehead temperature; otherwise, theresult could be incorrect.(6) No intense emotion or strenuous exercises before measuring1. Slide the battery cover off along the marked direction.2. Insert the two AAA batteries into the compartment according tothe stated polarities.19 |
