Conference Calls83 41-001514-01 Rev00 – 09.2013Ending a ConferenceTo End a Conference:Conference Call Options and Screen ModesDuring a conference call, users can access the conference menu from the telephone feature controls and the call optionsmenu for each of the participants.Call OptionsClicking the Options button on any of the caller’s windows, or the “More” triangle on a thumbnail or in the participantlist, opens the Call Options Menu for that party. On this panel, you can:• Adjust or mute the volume of that party• Add the party to your address book• Disconnect the party• Open a tonepad to dial another party• Click Done to close the panelConference Menu OptionsThe Conf Menu button in the telephone feature controls menu allows you to change the conference mode.Conference Call Screen ModesThe BluStar for Conference Room can display conference calls in the following modes:• Automatic mode• Force Landscape mode1. When your conference is over and all of your participants have been disconnected, click the Goodbye button.
