If you are not otherwise entitled to a remedy for a failure to com-ply with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, this service provides repair or replace-ment of your Aastra product, at Aastra's option, for a fixed charge. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
