Activate the appliance.2. Put the point of the core temperaturesensor (with on the handle) intothe centre of the meat.3. Put the plug of the core temperaturesensor into the socket at the front ofthe appliance.The display shows flashing and thedefault set core temperature. Thetemperature is 60 °C for the firstoperation, and the last set value for eachsubsequent operation.When you put the coretemperature sensor into thesocket, you cancel thesettings for the clockfunctions.4. Touch or to set the coretemperature.5. Touch or the settings saveautomatically after 5 seconds.You can set the coretemperature only whenflashes. If is in thedisplay but does notflash before you set thecore temperature, touchand or to seta new value.6. Set the oven function and the oventemperature.The display shows the current coretemperature and the heat up symbol .While the appliance calculates theapproximate duration time, the displayshows the count up time. After the firstcalculation the display shows theapproximate duration of the cookingtime.The appliance continues to calculate theduration during the cooking.
