Screw Compressor Central Chiller Chapter 4: Operation 37Main Menu ScreenTo start the Standard touchscreen interface:x Push the ON/OFF button on the cabinet.The chillers’ control panel energizes and the System On indicator turns on.The Main Menu screen displays:Main Menu ScreenThe Main Menu screen lets you gain access to:x “COMPRESSOR STATUS” contains the compressor status display screenx If the chiller was configured to operate the chilled water pump tank, the “PROCPUMP STATUS” is displayed. This screen contains the process pump status.x “RECIRC PUMP STATUS” contains the recirculation pump status if the chiller wasconfigured to operate the chilled water pump tank.x “ACTIVE ALARM LIST” shows all of the active alarms. Those alarms which arecurrently preventing the chiller from functioning, if fatal alarm, or those that show acondition which needs to be looked at in a short period of time.x “ALARM HISTORY” contains the last twenty-five (25) alarms that were activated.x “CONFIGURATION MENU” contains the chiller setup parameters (i.e. chillersetpoint, and high and low temperature alarm setpoints)x “HOUR METERS” this screen shows the amount of time that the compressor orpump has been operating.The following sections in this chapter list the information you need to navigate through thesescreens for monitoring and operating your central chilling station with the Standard ControlPackage.Compressor Status Screen |
