61150090L1-5A Section 61150090L1-5A, Issue 1 5the bracket pattern. Refer to Figure 4 for pad mountaccess dimensions.1. At the installation site remove all packagingmaterial enclosing the cabinet.2. Remove and set aside the mounting hardwarekit. Verify contents per Table 2.3. The cabinet is bolted to two boards runningacross the box frame. Remove the screwssecuring the two boards to the wood box frame.4. Attach lifting details. Screwed into each side ofthe cabinet is a group of three bolts and washers.Remove these for reuse.5. Following the illustration in Figure 5, attach thelifting details to each side of the cabinet usingthe bolt and washer groups. Ensure the sealingwashers are placed between the cabinet and thelifting details. Tighten bolts to 110-130 in-lbs.WARNINGWhen lifting the cabinet out of the shippingpackage and during installation, be sure toexercise caution and observe all safetymeasures.6. Using appropriately sized and tested hoistinggear, attach a hoist cable between the two liftingdetails. Hoist the cabinet from the package andlower the cabinet onto its side.7. Remove all hardware securing the woodshipping frame to the bottom of the cabinet.CAUTIONDo not reuse shipping hardware. It is notdesigned for cabinet mounting.8. Following the illustration in Figure 6 and usingthe parts supplied in the pad mounting kit, fastenthe two pad mounting brackets to both sides ofthe bottom of the cabinet. Ensure the sealingwashers are placed between the cabinet and thepad mounting brackets. Tighten to100-110 in-lbs.Table 2. Pad Mounting HardwareFigure 4.
