STEAM INFORMATIONIt is your responsibility to have ALL steam plumbing connections made by a qualified professional to assure thatthe installation is adequate and conforms with local and state regulations or codes.IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with the requirements stipulated in this manual can result incomponent failure which will VOID THE WARRANTY.NOTE: The ADH-120 is manufactured with a pneumatic (piston) damper system which requires anexternal supply of clean, dry, regulated air at 80 PSI +/- 10 PSI (5.51 bars +/- 0.69 bars).Refer to Steam Damper Air System Connections , Section G, item 4.1. Steam Coil PH LevelThe normal PH level for copper type steam coils must be maintained between a value of 8.5 to 9.5. Forsteel type steam coils the PH level must be maintained between a value of 9.5 to 10.5. These limits are setto limit the acid attack of the steam coils.IMPORTANT: Coil failure due to improper PH level will VOID THE WARRANTY.2. Steam Requirementsa. Inlet------(2) 1-inch N.P.T.b. Installation InstructionsTo insure that an adequate supply of steam is provided, be sure that the steam supply and steam return linesare sized and laid out as stipulated in this manual. Inadequate steam supply and steam return lines are sizedand laid out as stipulated in this manual. Inadequate steam supply and steam return lines or improper steamplumbing will result in poor performance and can cause component failure.
