If the problem persists, laythe cable straight in the sun to relax it and removekinks.vortex 4 Onlysymptom Cause solutionThe remote control does notwork.The batteries are dead and need tobe replaced.Replace the batteries in the remote control.The remote control is notsynchronized to the control unit.synchronizing procedure:When replacing the control unit or the remotecontrol, it is necessary to synchronize the newremote control with the control unit:1. Connect the Vortex 4 to the control unit,then plug the control unit to the receptacle.2. Press OFF + Cycle I buttons for morethan 6 seconds until both lightsflash once:3. Press and hold the "rotate right" button onthe remote control unit.4. The light on the right will flash5 times then bothlights will flash together.5.
