16Electrical connectionAny electrical work required to install this applianceshould be carried out by a qualified electrician orcompetent person.WARNING: THIS APPLIANCE MUST BEEARTHED.The manufacturer declines any liabilityshould this safety measure not be observed.Before switching on, make sure the electricity supplyvoltage is the same as that indicated on theappliance’s rating plate. (See picture on page 5).The appliance is supplied with a 13amp plug fitted.In the event of having to change the fuse in the plugsupplied, a 13amp ASTA approved (BS1362) fusemust be used.Should the plug need to be replaced for any reason,proceed as described below.The wires in the mains lead are coloured inaccordance with the following code:Green and Yellow - EarthBlue - NeutralBrown - LiveThe wire coloured green and yellow must beconnected to the terminal marked with the letter «E»or by the earth symbol or coloured green andyellow.
