Washarms and jets in 304 AISI stainless steel toensure an excellent and reliableperformance. The double-skinnedcounter-balanced inspection doors guaranteesolidity and strength.� Wash Zone: all the soil is removed by thecombination of the mechanical washingaction that directs water at the washware bymeans of a powerful 700 litres/minute pumpand the thermal action of the heatingelements that guarantee a constant watertemperature of between 55° and 65°C and towhich the appropriate detergents are added.� Rinse Zone: clean water is used toeliminate any trace of detergent from thewashware. There is a temperature controldevice in the tank that guarantees thesanitization of the washware at atemperature of no less than 85°C.� Ease of Cleaning and Maintenance:manually removable wash arms and tankfilters without the use of tools; water andelectrical connections are positioned centrallyon the front side of the machine to allowinstallation directly against a wall.� Maximum Operator Safety: the machine iscompletely automated and stops if the doorsare accidentally or deliberately opened, thereare no baskets in the machine, the washpump malfunctions or the electric elementsoverheat.� MEDIUM NERT10 dishwashers can beequipped with: a Rinse Booster pump toincrease rinse water pressure and SideWash Arms, as well as a vast range ofbaskets 500 x 500 mm to suit anyrequirements.� The MEDIUM NERT10 dishwashers canbe connected to specific pre-wash tabling,entry and exit service tabling, roller conveyortabling and conveyor belts.� All models comply with the standardsrequired by the main international approvalbodies (VDE & DVGW) and are H marked.* Declared actual cycle duration times can extendwhen water supply temperature is lower than indicated* Installation is recommended below a dishwashinghood to convey steam.
